We often have difficulty identifying our needs when we are overwhelmed or anxious about life's challenges because we have not processed our underlying emotions. I can help you tune into yourself on a deeper level to build improved self-understanding, which leads to long-term change.  I accomplish this through an empathetic, strength-based, and client-centered approach in which you are recognized as the expert in your own life. Together, we can create the best possible you!
